Importance of directions

Each direction has its own importance in Vastu Shastra. Each direction brings specific planets, deities and energies. The most important directions in the house and information related to them:

East: The location of the sun, for it energy, health and prosperity.

West: Position of the moon, for peace and comfort.

North: Business success, career and progress.

South: Saturn, security and protection.

Color selectivity

The effect of colors is also important in Vastu Shastra. Each color has a specific energy effect. For example:

White color: peace and purity.

Orange color: energy and enthusiasm.

Red color: adventure and love.

Yellow color: happiness and prosperity.

Location of the main door

The location of the main door of the house is very important. It is necessary to allow positive energy to enter the main door. Vastu Shastra says that the main door should be in the east, north or north-east direction. There should be no obstruction or clutter on the door.

Bedroom location

The bedroom is the place for sleeping. The bedroom should be in the southwest corner. This place is ideal for mental and physical relaxation.

Having too many colorful things in the bedroom can cause mental stress, so it should be decorated simply.

Kitchen location

The kitchen should be in the south-east (Agni corner) corner of the house, as this direction is important for manifesting Agni (fire). There must be a balance of fire, water and air in the kitchen
